Cancellation/Refund Policy

Under normal circumstances, Food Tour tickets are non-refundable.

If you experience a medical emergency, family emergency, significant travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from attending your scheduled tour, please contact us as soon as possible at hudsonvalleyfoodandfarmtours@gmail.com. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will make reasonable efforts to work with you to reschedule your tour for a future date, subject to availability.

Ticket insurance is available to add to your purchase for those wishing to have more flexibility in terms of last minute cancellations/reschedules.
 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

All Hudson Valley Food and Farm Tours operate rain or shine.

In the rare event that a tour must be canceled due to severe or unsafe weather conditions, including situations where state or local authorities advise against travel or public activities, guests may choose one of the following options:
 

• Reschedule to another available tour date (subject to availability)
• Receive a gift certificate with no expiration date
• Receive a full refund
 

Hudson Valley Food and Farm Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to safety concerns or circumstances beyond its control.
