Tour itineraries, tasting locations, menu items, participating businesses, schedules, and routes are subject to change without notice due to availability, weather, operational needs, business closures, special events, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
 

Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting location on time. Tours begin promptly and may proceed without late arrivals.
 

Hudson Valley Food and Farm Tours LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or negatively impacts the experience of other guests.
 

Participation in any tour constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the Cancellation Policy, and the Tour Participation & Liability Disclaimer.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
