A legal disclaimer:

Participation in a Hudson Valley Food and Farm Tours experience involves walking on public sidewalks, streets, crosswalks, parking areas, and other public spaces, as well as entering and exiting participating businesses and consuming food and beverages prepared by third-party establishments.

Guests acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, slips, trips, falls, uneven surfaces, stairs, weather conditions, traffic conditions, physical exertion, food allergies, food sensitivities, and other risks associated with walking tours and food consumption.

Guests are solely responsible for informing Hudson Valley Food and Farm Tours LLC of any allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, mobility concerns, or other circumstances that may affect participation. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary needs, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the tour and acknowledge that participation is entirely voluntary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Hudson Valley Food and Farm Tours LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, agents, participating restaurants, shops, vendors, and business partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to participation in the tour, except where prohibited by law.

Hudson Valley Food and Farm Tours LLC reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, tasting locations, menu items, and tour offerings as necessary due to operational requirements, business availability, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its control.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in a tour, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Tour Participation & Liability Disclaimer.
